Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
**ALL no-shows will be charged 100% of their services booked!!! If you are 15 minutes late, you may considered a no-show.
Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Please be respectful of both my time and other clients' by arriving on time for your appointment. The following policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency:
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be at my discretion whether I can still accommodate your appointment.
If I’m unable to perform your service due to lateness, you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
If I am able to proceed with your service despite the late arrival, a 30% late fee will be added to your total.
Partial Services Due to Lateness: If your delay results in only part of your services being completed, you will be charged a 30% late fee on the services missed, in addition to the cost of the services provided.
Last-Minute Service Cancellation: If you are booked for multiple services and choose to cancel any of them at the last minute, you will still be charged the full price for all scheduled services.
All credit/debit transactions are subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee.
